Birth Story
An intimate, respectful documentation of one of life’s most powerful moments.
This collection is designed to preserve the raw, emotional, and fleeting moments of your baby’s arrival—capturing strength, tenderness, and the deep connection that unfolds in real time.

On-call availability around your due date
Continuous coverage during labor and birth
Full hand-edited gallery
Private online gallery
Optional add-on newborn session

Before Your Session
A $100 retainer is required to book your session. Milestone packages require a 20% retainer.
All sessions include access to my client closet, style guide, and location guide.
Once your retainer is paid, we can hop on a quick video chat or phone call to discuss your session, what to expect, and your vision for the shoot.
After Your Session
You will receive a proof gallery to choose your images from within 2 after your session. Final images will be delivered within 2 weeks.
The Storyteller Collection will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. 4 -5 weeks during peak busy season.
Additional photos are $15 each or the full gallery will be available for a discounted price.

If you're interested in booking a studio, an additional fee of $50-$150 will apply, depending on the studio selected.
Weddings are excluded from these packages.

Lifestyle sessions are relaxed, movement-based, and focused on connection over perfection. I’ll gently guide you, but I’m not looking for stiff poses — I’m documenting your family as you are right now. The snuggles, the giggles, the in-between moments.

Once you book, you’ll receive a styling guide to help coordinate outfits effortlessly. I recommend soft, neutral tones and textures that photograph beautifully and feel timeless. I’m always happy to review options before your session.

First of all — they’re kids! It’s normal. I never expect perfect behavior. I build sessions around movement and interaction so they don’t have to “perform.” Some of the most beautiful images come from the in-between chaos.

The sweet spot is typically between 28–34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully defined but you’re still feeling comfortable.

It’s best to book during your second trimester to ensure availability. Newborn sessions typically take place within the first 7–21 days after birth, but lifestyle newborn sessions can absolutely happen later as well.

My newborn sessions are lifestyle-focused, meaning baby stays in your arms, crib, or natural settings. I don’t do heavy posing or prop setups. I focus on connection, softness, and storytelling.

Yes, even in Minnesota. Winter sessions can be magical — but I also offer cozy in-home options during colder months!
